Vincent Renda brings over two decades of experience in financial, legal, and business advisory services, with a practice rooted in tax strategy, accounting solutions, and business consulting. His background in bankruptcy, real estate, and complex financial litigation gives him a unique perspective on the intersection of law, finance, and compliance—allowing him to guide clients through even the most challenging tax and financial matters.

Throughout his career, Mr. Renda has worked closely with high-profile clients, including financial institutions and major corporations, helping them navigate intricate financial and regulatory environments. Drawing on his analytical expertise, he has designed and implemented custom software systems to enhance client service, improve reporting accuracy, and streamline financial management processes.

Mr. Renda’s deep understanding of both the legal and financial landscapes enables him to provide strategic advice in areas such as tax planning, business formation and restructuring, collections, and risk management.

In addition to his civilian practice, Mr. Renda serves as an Assistant Judge Advocate General in the United States Air Force, holding the rank of Major. He is admitted to practice law in California, New York, and Texas.

Mr. Renda earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law (’01) and his Bachelor of Science from California State University, Chico (’98). Conversational in Spanish and Italian, Mr. Renda is married with three teenage sons. Outside of work, he enjoys travel, golf, and aviation—holding both multi-engine and instrument pilot ratings.
