Vincent Renda brings more than two decades of experience across legal, financial, and business advisory matters. His background in bankruptcy, real estate, debtor/creditor matters, and complex financial litigation gives him a practical understanding of the issues individuals and businesses face when navigating tax, compliance, restructuring, and financial planning decisions.

Throughout his career, Mr. Renda has worked closely with individuals, businesses, financial institutions, and sophisticated clients in matters involving financial analysis, risk management, collections, business operations, and regulatory considerations. His experience allows him to approach tax and financial matters with a broader understanding of legal, business, and compliance-related concerns.

Mr. Renda is known for his detail-oriented and systems-driven approach. He works with clients to better understand their objectives, identify practical solutions, and improve the organization and efficiency of their financial processes. His understanding of legal and financial operations has also led him to design and implement custom software systems aimed at improving reporting accuracy, streamlining workflows, and enhancing client service.

Military Service
In addition to his civilian practice, Mr. Renda serves as an Assistant Judge Advocate General in the United States Air Force Reserve and holds the rank of Major. In this role, he advises on a wide range of legal matters and demonstrates a continued commitment to public service and leadership.
Outside the Office
Outside of his professional work, Mr. Renda enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golfing, and flying. He is an experienced pilot holding both multi-engine and instrument ratings.
