As Director of Operations, Kelley Vuong plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the firm’s daily operations. With a strong background in finance, administration, and client services, Kelley oversees key areas including accounting, office management, information technology, compliance, and business development. His leadership helps maintain the firm’s high standards of organization, accuracy, and client satisfaction.

In addition to his operational oversight, Kelley brings extensive experience in managing diverse client relationships and supporting tax, accounting, and business advisory services. Known for his versatility and problem-solving ability, he is often described as a “jack-of-all-trades,” seamlessly coordinating multiple functions and implementing systems that enhance productivity and efficiency across departments.

Kelley’s professional background also includes management of property portfolios encompassing short-term vacation rentals, multi-family properties, and commercial office spaces nationwide—experience that deepens his understanding of real estate accounting, property tax compliance, and financial reporting.

He is a commissioned California Notary Public with Loan Signing certification, and he holds a degree and certificate in Paralegal Studies from Miramar College. Kelley also earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology from San Diego State University.

Beyond the office, Kelley is passionate about fitness, photography, and music, and enjoys attending concerts and festivals in his free time. His commitment to excellence, adaptability, and detail-oriented approach make him an invaluable asset to the firm and its clients.
