Education
Kelley is a commissioned California Notary Public and holds a Loan Signing certification. He earned an Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies from San Diego Miramar College’s ABA-approved Paralegal Program and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Sociology, from San Diego State University.
